Come join us this February for an overview of the field of massage therapy.  We are partnering with the Ellsworth Adult Education to offer an introductory class in Massage Therapy.

 

This hands on class will cover topics including historical perspectives on massage, ethics and legalities, universal precautions, indications and contraindications, equipment and basic massage techniques with an emphasis on how you can use massage in your day-to-day life, or take it further by becoming a licensed practitioner.
